In an effort to better serve our customers, we are changing the ordering process from an automated online store to a telephone conversation with Mark. Many customers have questions about what can be done or what options are available, and so to streamline that process and make sure customers get a chance to ask all the relevant questions before work is done, customers should call and speak with Mark personally.
To discuss options or place an order, call Mark during shop hours (see below) or leave a message and he will call you back. You will not be invoiced for payment until your order has been completely finalized.
